UX Designer

About The Role The role owns the end-to-end user experience design process, transforming complex user workflows and technical constraints into intuitive, accessible, and high-performing product interfaces. The team works closely with product managers, UX researchers, and front-end engineers to shape features used by millions of people daily, balancing user needs with business goals. Key Responsibilities Design user flows, wireframes, low-fidelity prototypes, and polished high-fidelity user interfaces using Figma for web and mobile applicationsConduct user research, usability testing sessions, and interviews to gather qualitative and quantitative insights that drive design decisionsMaintain, scale, and contribute to the unified design system, ensuring consistency in typography, color, components, and interaction patternsCollaborate directly with front-end engineers during implementation to ensure design integrity and accessibility standards are metPresent design concepts, rationale, and research findings effectively to cross-functional stakeholders and product leadership What We Are Looking For 3–6 years of professional experience in product design, UX/UI design, or interaction design within a technology companyExpert proficiency in Figma, prototyping tools, and modern design system workflowsStrong portfolio demonstrating deep understanding of user-centered design methodologies, interaction design, and visual polishBonus: Experience with front-end code (HTML, CSS, React) and data-driven design optimization
