UX Designer

For our client, we are seeking a UX Designer to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will shape the end-to-end user experience for a software product used in complex B2B workflows. You will partner closely with product and engineering teams to identify friction points, validate solutions quickly, and improve the overall usability of the platform. The work will focus on creating intuitive interactions, reusable design patterns, and clear experiences that help users move more efficiently through the product. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $165,000 – $200,000 annually Responsibilities Own and refine the overall user experience of the product Conduct user research to identify pain points and friction in the product Rapidly prototype alternative interactions to validate design solutions Collaborate with engineers to implement design improvements and features Run usability tests to gather feedback and iterate on user flows Create reusable interaction patterns for team use Engage with users to gain insights for new features Qualifications 3+ years of product design experience, particularly in software or SaaS Proficiency in Figma for rapid prototyping and design iteration Experience in conducting user research and usability testing Strong understanding of interaction design principles and design systems Proven track record of improving UX in complex B2B tools or platforms Ability to work collaboratively with engineers and product teams Knowledge of animation libraries and experience with edge cases in UX Benefits Unlimited paid time off Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) retirement plan Generous parental leave policy Wellness support and resources Opportunities for professional growth in a diverse and inclusive environment Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
