UX Content Designer

About the role

UX Content Designer position supporting digital banking experiences with a focus on clear, user‑centered content across payments and money movement. Located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (hybrid). The role partners with design, product, legal, risk, and compliance stakeholders to create effective content solutions that improve the user experience.

Responsibilities

• Create clear, effective content for digital banking experiences and support subject matter expertise across assigned features.
• Partner with designers to apply UX writing best practices and integrate content strategy into the design process.
• Identify user problems and develop content solutions that support usability, consistency, and strong digital experiences.
• Collaborate with product, legal, risk, compliance, and content teams, and present content decisions to stakeholders in a clear and confident manner.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of UX Writing and/or UX Content Design experience.
• Strong copywriting and editing skills, with experience delivering content for digital experiences.
• Microsoft Office proficiency and experience working in regulated environments such as Legal, Compliance, Risk, Financial Services, Healthcare, or Insurance.
• Ability to provide a design/work portfolio or portfolio links with submission.
• Respond to the screening question about passion for User Experience with a detailed response.
