About the role
The UX Designer will shape end-to-end experiences for web and mobile products, translating complex workflows, technical constraints, and user research into clear, accessible interfaces. The role covers discovery, interaction design, prototyping, usability validation, and production handoff. Working closely with product managers, UX researchers, engineers, and data analysts, the designer will influence product direction while maintaining consistency across a shared design system. The work matters because every decision—from information architecture to microcopy—affects adoption, task completion, and customer trust.
Responsibilities
- Translate user research, product requirements, and analytics into user flows, information architecture, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI designs in Figma
- Design responsive web and mobile experiences for complex workflows, including states for loading, errors, permissions, empty data, and edge cases
- Create interactive prototypes to communicate interaction models and validate concepts with users and internal stakeholders
- Plan and facilitate usability tests, synthesize findings, and convert evidence into prioritized design improvements
- Extend and maintain a scalable component library and design system, documenting patterns, accessibility requirements, and interaction guidance
- Partner with engineers during implementation through detailed specs, design reviews, QA support, and visual regression feedback
- Measure shipped experiences using product analytics, funnel data, and qualitative feedback to identify and prioritize iterative improvements
Requirements
- 3–8 years of professional UX or product design experience, with a portfolio showing shipped web or mobile products and clear design rationale
- Advanced proficiency with Figma, including components, auto layout, variables, prototyping, design libraries, and developer-ready specifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in UX design, human-computer interaction, interaction design, psychology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
Skills
- Strong understanding of user-centered design methods, information architecture, interaction design, usability testing, and accessibility standards such as WCAG 2.1
- Experience working with design systems and collaborating with front-end engineers using technologies such as React, HTML, CSS, and responsive layout principles
- Ability to turn ambiguous product or technical problems into structured user flows, testable hypotheses, and practical design solutions
- Bonus: Experience designing data-heavy B2B SaaS products, familiarity with tools such as Maze, UserTesting, Amplitude, or FullStory, and working knowledge of mobile design guidelines for iOS and Android
