UWD - Call Center Representative – Confirmation Specialist

Join the Universal Windows Direct team! UWD has openings for experienced Customer Service agents who will ensure customers receive quality phone experiences.

Responsibilities

• Inbound and Outbound customer phone calls
• Scheduling/Rescheduling customer estimate appointments
• Confirming and Verifying estimate appointments
• Ensuring all appointments have resulted from the previous day
• Aiding customers with service inquiries
• Listening to recorded calls to verify customer data is aligned with the appointment data, correcting opportunities when available
• Data entry
• Call quality assurance
• Reporting
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 1-3 years’ experience working in a call center environment or with customer service
• Excellent customer service both written and verbal
• Strong, accurate, data entry skills
• Process focused - structure and consistency is key
• Strong attention to detail and strong project management skills
• The ability to successfully work as part of a team and autonomously
