Utility/Timeout Coordinator (Athletics) (Part Time) (Multiple Positions)
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assists with the setup and tear down of all technical equipment, including cables, cameras, and audio gear.
- Manages cabling and logistics during live broadcasts to ensure a safe and efficient production environment.
- Clocks timeouts during live events, ensuring proper timing and communication with the production team.
- Supports camera operators, audio engineers, and other crew members during production.
- Troubleshoots any logistical issues related to equipment or crew placement during live broadcasts.
- Aids in managing on-site equipment, including setup, transportation, and storage.
- Acts as the point of contact for ensuring all utility-related tasks are completed on time.
- Works with the Director and Producer to ensure smooth transitions and setups during breaks or timeouts.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent advanced learning attained through professional level experience required.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with a prior college or university.
Additional Information
Knowledge and Understanding of NCAA and Big-12 rules and regulations, as they pertain to recruitment and regulations.
List any experience since 2015 with high school or college student-athletes, including working or volunteering in any capacity with a high school, AAU, sports club, junior college or 4-year institution student-athlete, athletics team or department.
Affirmation confirming understanding of NCAA Bylaws 11.4.2, 11.4.2.1, 11.4.2.2, 11.4.3, 11.4.3.1, 11.4.3.2, 11.4.4, 11.4.4.1, and 11.4.4.2.
Understanding of the implications of being the parent, coach, relative or guardian of a prospective student-athlete in the sports of men’s basketball, women’s basketball or football, or having any other type of association with a prospective student-athlete in those sports.
Understanding of the potential impact of enrolling a prospective student-athlete in the sports of football, men’s basketball or women’s basketball on one’s potential employment within the athletic department.
