About the role

The Utility Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of all company utilities, ensuring efficient operations and compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily utility maintenance tasks
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations
• Coordinate with external contractors for major repairs
• Train and mentor junior staff members

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in utility management
• Valid driver’s license

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience with utility systems and maintenance
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
