About the role

I am seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Project Manager. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of various projects within our organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans and timelines, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Manage project budgets and resources, coordinating with internal departments and external vendors.
• Oversee project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Communicate project status updates to stakeholders, including regular progress reports and issue resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Project or similar project management software.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with construction or engineering projects preferred.

Pay

Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
