Utility Position - Crushing and Aggregates (Wells, ME)
About the role
Pike Industries, Inc., a subsidiary and integral part of CRH, is seeking a Utility Position - Crushing and Aggregates. This position offers a competitive salary starting at $23.50/hour with a $10.00/hour shift differential, annual increase potential, paid time off, and $1,000 referral bonuses.
Responsibilities
- General Laboring
- Welding and fabricating (training provided)
- Perform general maintenance duties
- Work outside
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a construction-related field preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license
Qualifications
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and repetitive tasks
- Knowledge of basic machinery operation
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
