Responsibilities

• Detect safety hazards and equipment malfunctions and respond accordingly
• Perform daily maintenance on various pieces of equipment
• Day-to-day leadership and training duties
• Operate crushing equipment
• Work outside

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Experience operating heavy machinery
• Strong safety awareness and compliance

Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical ability to perform tasks requiring standing, walking, lifting, and working in outdoor conditions
