Utility Porter - MGM Springfield

The Job

The EVS Utility Porter role at MGM Springfield is ideal for candidates with prior professional cleaning experience, preferably in a hospitality or resort environment. This role requires hands-on experience operating floor care and specialty cleaning equipment, maintaining high cleanliness standards, and safely handling materials in a fast-paced, guest-focused setting.

THE STARTING RATE

$20.35 per hour

The Ideal Candidate

• 6+ Months of Prior Relevant Experience is preferred
• Experience with professional cleaning equipment is preferred
• Able and willing to work a Full-Time schedule (40 hours per week), overnight shift, 11p-7:45am including weekends and holidays

Pay Rate

The Rate For This Role Is $20.35. This rate represents a good faith estimate of the wage rate that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire. Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage. Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
