Utility Operator

About the Role

Our New Richmond, Wisconsin location is seeking Utility Operators to support operations. Shift options include 12-hour rotating days (5am – 5pm, D2 shift). One week you would work two days on, two days off, and three days on; the following week, you would work two days off, two days on, and three days off.

Our goal is to create value for others by empowering every team member to hear, feel, and see quality in every action. Quality control involves enforcing specified processes and materials, ensuring operator and equipment qualification, and making planned measurements to meet quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual, in-process, and final inspections of parts per quality criteria.
• Work in a fast-paced physical environment; operate, optimize, and troubleshoot a variety of machines.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Work with computers and SAP.
• Operate palletizer and wrapper.
• Load and unload product.
• Perform end-of-run cleaning of production presses (requires safety control lock training).

Requirements

• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring visa transfer or sponsorship.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of production operating experience (preferred).

This position does not qualify for VISA sponsorship.
