Utility Day Shift

Responsibilities

• Pack quality molded product in a safe, efficient, and profitable manner
• Relieve machine operators for all breaks
• Make up boxes for packaging
• Maintain a clean work area including: conveyor belts, automation equipment, machines, and floor
• Aid & Assist Line feeders when time allows (ex. pulling pallets and stocking machines)
• Aid new operators as needed
• Operate every machine in the department
• Perform all other duties as directed by the Molding Manager, Group Lead, or Lead
• Follow all Critical Safety guidelines and wear all required safety equipment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Self-starter with eagerness to learn and take initiative
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Must be able to work overtime as needed
• Excellent attendance

Starting Pay

The starting rate of pay for this position is expected to be $17.50; however, starting pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
