Utility (Compact Construction Equipment) Sales Professional
Utility equipment sales role covering skid loaders, mini excavators, compact loaders, compact tractors, and larger machines up to 350-size excavators (excluding articulated dump trucks and PCE dozers).

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships by delivering equipment solutions that support customer operations and drive profitable growth across whole goods, parts, and service.
- Execute sales strategies using manufacturer programs, equipment demonstrations, trade-in assessments, and competitive market analysis to inform territory planning and market share goals.
- Document and manage sales activity in company systems, ensure timely follow-up, and coordinate with Sales Manager and internal teams on order fulfillment, delivery, and equipment logistics.
- Uphold safety requirements, company policies, and professional conduct while participating in training, communication efforts, and team initiatives to support customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Prior sales experience and/or relevant sales training.
- Solid understanding of local market conditions.
- Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build trust and maintain strong working relationships.
- Valid work authorization in the U.S. without company sponsorship.

Pay
$70,000 – $100,000 per year, with first-year earnings averaging above this range.
