UIC Arctic Operations & Development is currently seeking a Project Manager to join our team. This position will be based in Barrow, Alaska.
About the role
The Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, and control of projects within the Arctic operations and development sector. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate project activities across multiple departments and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary
- Communicate project status and issues to senior management and stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience
- Experience in Arctic operations and development preferred
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Ability to work in a remote location in Barrow, Alaska
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
