UIC Arctic Operations & Development is currently seeking a Project Manager to join our team. This position will be based in Barrow, Alaska.
About the role
The Project Manager will lead project teams in the planning, execution, and closeout of projects related to Arctic operations and development. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a background in project management.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans and schedules
- Coordinate project teams and stakeholders
- Ensure project compliance with regulatory requirements
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary
- Prepare and present project status reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience
- Experience in Arctic operations and development preferred
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Ability to work in a remote location
- Passport required for international travel
Skills
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Experience with project management software (e.g., Primavera, Microsoft Project)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
Schedule
Full-time, remote work with occasional travel to Barrow, Alaska
