About the role
The Utilities Facilities Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operation of all building utilities and facilities.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and operate HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and other building utilities.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of all building facilities including but not limited to restrooms, common areas, and mechanical rooms.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for facility maintenance and repairs.
- Develop and implement energy conservation strategies to reduce utility costs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management or related field.
- Experience with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of building automation systems and software.

Pay

Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
