Utilities Assistant at Bandon Dunes Golf Resort
About the role
Responsible for maintaining and operating various utility systems to ensure smooth operations of the resort.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the maintenance of water, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Perform routine inspections and repairs on utility equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Collaborate with other maintenance staff and management
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of related experience in utilities maintenance
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Qualifications
- Knowledge of utility systems and maintenance procedures
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Skills
- Proficient in using utility maintenance tools and equipment
- Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
