About the role

The Golf Professional at Bandon Dunes Golf Resort is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to golfers, managing the golf shop, and maintaining the course.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
• Manage the golf shop, including inventory management, sales, and customer relations.
• Maintain the course in top condition, ensuring all equipment is properly maintained and available for play.
• Participate in regular training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a golf-related position.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical activities such as bending, kneeling, and climbing stairs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Knowledge of golf course maintenance and equipment.
