About the role
Landmark Credit Union Live is seeking an Usher/Greeter/Ticket Taker. This role involves greeting guests, scanning tickets, answering questions, assisting with seating, ensuring safety and cleanliness, resolving issues, and providing assistance to guests with special needs.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and scan tickets upon entry to the venue
- Answer guest questions and assist with locating seats
- Examine tickets for entry to various seat levels during the event
- Maintain venue safety, cleanliness, and presentation
- Resolve guest complaints or problems
- Examine tickets or passes to verify authenticity
- Help guests with special needs, such as seat accommodations
- Show CARE by participating in venue recycling efforts
- Guide guests to exits or provide instructions in case of emergencies
- May assist in verifying staff credentials for restricted areas
- Close the venue at the end of the show, including collecting recyclables and storing event equipment
- Give directions to guests inside or outside the venue
- Ensure guests are safely enjoying the show
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- At least 1+ year in a guest service role preferred
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Acute sense of judgment, tact, and diplomacy
- Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs, and occasional sitting, lifting, and carrying up to 25 lbs.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00 per hour.
