About the Role
As a part-time user-study coordinator, you will recruit and schedule in-house employees and external participants for 15-30 minute studies. You will collect study outcomes and technical logging information in Google Sheets and perform basic data analysis. This role is ideal for a technical major student or recent graduate.
Responsibilities
- Conduct several 15-30 minute user studies every week
- Run a command line interface script while guiding users to perform gestures on a device
- Record gesture outcomes and collect log files for each user
- Perform basic log file analysis in Google Sheets (e.g., plotting histograms)
This is a part-time position requiring 20 hours per week, with 2 days (16 hours) spent in the office collecting data with users (schedule can be flexible).
Requirements
- Intermediate experience with Google Sheets
- Understanding of command line interface
- Excellent communication skills

Schedule
Minimum 2 days in the office per week; flexible based on project load.

$40–$80/hour
