Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to ensure accurate and current client, prospect, and project data
- Aid in tracking and managing sales pipeline activity, including lead entry, status updates, and opportunity progression
- Conduct research on prospective clients, projects, and market opportunities within target sectors
- Support the preparation of sales materials and client outreach efforts
- Cook up and schedule meetings, follow-ups, and client communications as needed
- Aid in organizing sales documentation, contracts, and project records
- Identify opportunities to improve CRM data quality and sales processes
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Interest in sales, business development, or the construction/equipment rental industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with CRM systems preferred but not required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
