Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to ensure accurate and current client, prospect, and project data
  • Aid in tracking and managing sales pipeline activity, including lead entry, status updates, and opportunity progression
  • Conduct research on prospective clients, projects, and market opportunities within target sectors
  • Support the preparation of sales materials and client outreach efforts
  • Cook up and schedule meetings, follow-ups, and client communications as needed
  • Aid in organizing sales documentation, contracts, and project records
  • Identify opportunities to improve CRM data quality and sales processes

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Interest in sales, business development, or the construction/equipment rental industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with CRM systems preferred but not required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
