User Experience Researcher

About the role

A MAJOR TECH FIRM CLIENT is seeking an experienced UX Strategist with exceptional diagnostic capabilities to join the digital transformation team. In this role, you'll leverage your expertise in low-code/no-code platforms and content management systems to identify underlying user experience challenges and develop innovative solutions for clients across multiple industries.

Responsibilities

• Digital Experience Diagnostics: Conduct comprehensive assessments of client digital ecosystems to identify underlying UX issues that may not be immediately apparent to stakeholders
• Low-Code/No-Code Solution Architecture: Design and implement user-centered solutions using platforms like Webflow, Bubble, Wix, Shopify, or similar tools to rapidly prototype and deploy improvements
• CMS Strategy & Implementation: Evaluate, recommend, and configure content management systems (WordPress, Drupal, Contentful, etc.) that align with client business objectives and user needs
• Research Leadership: Design and execute mixed-method UX research studies including contextual inquiry, usability testing, and analytics analysis to uncover hidden pain points
• Stakeholder Alignment: Facilitate workshops and collaborative sessions to build consensus around problem definitions and solution approaches
• Measurement Framework Development: Create KPI frameworks to validate solution effectiveness and demonstrate ROI

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in UX strategy, service design, or digital transformation roles
• Demonstrated expertise with multiple low-code/no-code platforms and CMS systems
• Strong portfolio showcasing diagnostic approaches and problem-solving methodologies
• Experience conducting heuristic evaluations and usability assessments
