About the Role

We are hiring User Research Participants as “retail actors” to re-enact different retail scenarios at local establishments in the Pittsburgh area for a consumer electronic research study. Hired individuals will act as customers and staff in various settings such as coffee shops, grocery stores, movie theaters, museums, and restaurants.

Requirements

• Must commit to the full project dates: August 3 through August 18
• Must have reliable transportation and be comfortable commuting to 1 new location per shift within a 45-mile radius of Pittsburgh
• Must be flexible and reliable
• Must be comfortable being filmed on camera
• Excellent communication skills
