About the role
Epic is seeking a UX Designer to lead experience and visual design for several development teams. The ideal candidate will work closely with users to understand their needs, conduct research on workflows, and collaborate with developers to create intuitive and visually appealing applications.
Responsibilities
- Meet with end-users to gather insights and requirements
- Research user workflows and contextual usage of applications
- Work alongside developers to design applications with sound information architecture
- Demonstrate design ideas through sketches, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes
Requirements
- Experience in user-centered design techniques
- Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant field
- Portfolio showcasing strong user experience and visual design skills
- Ability to relocate to Madison, WI
Qualifications
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Understanding of information architecture and usability principles
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications
