About the role
We’re looking for a User Experience Designer to join a collaborative product team and help shape intuitive digital experiences from concept through implementation. This role offers the opportunity to lead feature-level design work, partner closely with Product and Engineering, and contribute to high-quality user experiences in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end UX design for product features and workflows, from early concept through final handoff.
- Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity interfaces, and interactive prototypes to bring ideas to life.
- Translate user needs, business goals, and technical constraints into practical, scalable design solutions.
- Develop clear information architecture and interaction patterns for multi-step experiences.
- Prepare production-ready design specifications that support smooth engineering implementation.
- Work within established design systems and reusable UI components to ensure consistency.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders throughout agile ceremonies and design reviews.
- Use feedback, usability insights, and iterative refinement to improve the overall experience.
- Help define problem statements and prioritize design work based on user impact, business value, and feasibility.
Skills
- Strong experience designing end-to-end digital experiences for product features or workflows.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma for wireframing, high-fidelity design, and prototyping.
- Solid interaction design skills for complex, multi-step user journeys.
- Experience creating user flows, journey maps, and information architecture.
- Ability to produce detailed design specs for engineering handoff.
- Knowledge of design systems and component-based UI design.
- Experience supporting usability testing and applying insights to design iterations.
- Comfort working in agile, cross-functional environments.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain design decisions clearly.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with moderately complex product areas and balancing multiple priorities.
- Ability to provide informal guidance or mentorship to other designers.
- Background in designing accessible and inclusive user experiences.
- Comfort contributing to design process improvements and team best practices.

Pay
The pay range for this role is $31 - $64 per hour based on qualifications and experience.
