User Acquisition Specialist - Remote Work

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
• Monitor campaign performance daily, adjusting bids, budgets, targeting, and creative to maximize efficiency.
• Conduct audience research and segmentation to improve targeting precision and reduce cost per acquisition.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop and test ad copy, visuals, and landing page variations.
• Build performance dashboards and deliver regular reports on acquisition metrics and budget pacing.
• Stay current with platform updates, new ad formats, and industry trends to keep campaigns competitive.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in paid acquisition, performance marketing, or user acquisition.
• Proven hands-on experience managing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
• Strong understanding of acquisition metrics including CPL, CPA, ROAS, and LTV.
• Experience with A/B testing ad creative and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in web analytics tools and campaign reporting.
