User Acquisition Specialist - Remote Work

We are looking for a User Acquisition Specialist to plan and execute campaigns that bring qualified users into the funnel efficiently and at scale. You will manage performance marketing channels, optimize for key acquisition KPIs, and collaborate with growth and product teams to improve the end-to-end conversion experience.
Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Monitor campaign performance daily, adjusting bids, budgets, targeting, and creative to maximize efficiency.
- Conduct audience research and segmentation to improve targeting precision and reduce cost per acquisition.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop and test ad copy, visuals, and landing page variations.
- Build performance dashboards and deliver regular reports on acquisition metrics and budget pacing.
- Stay current with platform updates, new ad formats, and industry trends to keep campaigns competitive.
