Used Vehicle Intake Specialist

What You'll Do

• Assess vehicle damage using photos and on-site inspections, determining severity to estimate parts, labor and repair time
• Address customer inquiries about wear-and-tear fees and the intake process
• Resolve customer and internal teams' requests promptly, maintaining a focus on exceptional service and accuracy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, financial services and used car stakeholders in support of customer and vehicle journey
• Prioritize tasks, organize workflows and adapt to shifting business needs to meet deadlines
• Maintain detailed records of vehicle condition and assessments using Tesla’s internal tools

What You'll Bring

• 3-4 years of body repair experience, or 1-2 years of auto damage appraisal experience
• 1-2 years of customer service experience with strong communication skills
• Experience identifying after-market parts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and web-based tools
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
• Valid driver’s license and an acceptable and safe driving record
• Ability to obtain appropriate state licensing, where applicable
