What You'll Do
- Assess vehicle damage using photos and on-site inspections, determining severity to estimate parts, labor and repair time
- Address customer inquiries about wear-and-tear fees and the intake process
- Resolve customer and internal teams' requests promptly, maintaining a focus on exceptional service and accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, financial services and used car stakeholders in support of customer and vehicle journey
- Prioritize tasks, organize workflows and adapt to shifting business needs to meet deadlines
- Maintain detailed records of vehicle condition and assessments using Tesla’s internal tools
What You'll Bring
- 3-4 years of body repair experience, or 1-2 years of auto damage appraisal experience
- 1-2 years of customer service experience with strong communication skills
- Experience identifying after-market parts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and web-based tools
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Valid driver’s license and an acceptable and safe driving record
- Ability to obtain appropriate state licensing, where applicable
