Sources and Acquisitions

• Source and acquire high-quality used vehicles through private sellers, trade-ins, and our own network of customers.
• Evaluate vehicle condition, history, and market value to make smart purchasing decisions.

Customer Interaction

• Work with customers on the service drive and offer vehicle appraisal.

Inventory Management

• Maintain proper inventory levels based on sales trends and market demand.
• Work closely with sales and service teams to align inventory with customer needs.

Documentation and Compliance

• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with dealership standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an automotive buyer, appraiser, or service related role preferred.
• "Earn customers for life" mentality.
• Strong understanding of used vehicle market trends and values.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with tools like vAuto, VIN Solutions, and dealership management systems is a plus.

Requirements

• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
