Used Vehicle Acquisition Specialist - Group 1 GMC Rockville Centre

About the role

Group 1 GMC Rockville Centre is seeking a Used Car Acquisition Specialist to source high-quality, pre-owned vehicles from private parties and internal customer lists. The ideal candidate will be driven, competitive, and eager to earn, collaborating closely with our used car department to build a pipeline of sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers via phone and email to build and maintain customer loyalty and satisfaction
• Develop a pipeline of sales and business opportunities (partnerships, referrals, etc.) through networking, referrals, and scheduled appointments
• Collaborate with sales management to execute the best "buy-back" opportunities and strategies
• Research and stay up to date on consumer and industry trends in the automotive sector

Requirements

• Dealership experience is strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Solid working knowledge of the Internet and online sales tools
• Strong work ethic with a commitment to excellence

Pay

$4,000.00–$5,000.00 USD per month, depending on experience.
