About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Used Trucks Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions from our inventory of used trucks.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable used truck options.
- Provide detailed information about vehicle specifications, pricing, financing, and warranties.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments.
- Cook up with the service and finance teams to ensure a seamless sales process.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Attend trade shows, networking events, and training sessions as required.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s Degree preferred).
- 1+ years of experience in sales or trucking industry.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- A self-motivated with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel as needed.
Qualifications

- 1+ years of experience in sales or trucking industry.
