Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the used vehicle sales team
- Manage vehicle inventory levels, acquisition strategies, and aging inventory
- Monitor pricing and market trends to maximize profitability
- Conduct daily sales meetings and coaching sessions
- Structure deals and assist with closing opportunities
- Work closely with Finance, Service, and Marketing departments
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer standards
- Analyze sales reports, KPIs, and departmental performance metrics
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Recruit, hire, train, and mentor sales professionals

Requirements
- Automotive sales management experience required
- Strong knowledge of used vehicle operations
- Experience managing inventory, appraisals, and pricing strategies
- Proven ability to lead teams and achieve performance goals
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency with dealership software and reporting tools
Qualifications
Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check, and a pre-employment drug screen.
