Your focus is simple: build a high-performing team, move inventory profitably, and deliver the kind of customer experience that matches the Audi brand. You’ll set strategy, coach your people, control pricing and merchandising, and keep the process smooth from first inquiry to delivery. What You’ll Do Run day-to-day used-vehicle operations and hit department targetsRecruit, train, coach, and motivate a sales team that consistently performsManage inventory levels, pricing, and presentation so cars sell at the right pace and marginStay ahead of market trends and adjust strategy quicklyPartner with new-car, finance, service, and other teams for a seamless customer journeyProtect the dealership’s reputation through strong processes and compliance What We’re Looking For 5+ years in automotive sales with at least 2 years leading a sales team (used-car experience strongly preferred)Proven ability to hit numbers and grow a departmentStrong leadership, coaching, and communication skillsWorking knowledge of current used-vehicle market dynamics and sales toolsHigh integrity and a customer-first mindset Apply Today!
