Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and support the sales team to achieve individual and dealership sales goals.
- Oversee daily used vehicle sales operations and assist with inventory management.
- Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and required documentation.
- Collaborate with dealership leadership and other departments to support operational success.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, manufacturer standards, and applicable regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous automotive sales management experience required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop employees.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Basic mathematical and financial skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Must be at least 21 years of age or have at least three years of licensed driving experience.
- Must successfully pass all pre-employment screenings, including a background check and drug screen.
