About the role

We're seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Automotive Vehicle Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Louisville, KY. Your primary responsibility will be to call, text, and email private vehicle owners, build relationships, negotiate offers, and purchase high-quality vehicles to keep our inventory full.

Responsibilities

• Call, text, and email private vehicle owners
• Build relationships and earn sellers' trust
• Negotiate offers and purchase quality vehicles
• Hit goals, celebrate wins, and make a real impact on the dealership

• Automotive, BDC, internet sales, retail, customer service, or business development experience is a bonus but not required

Qualifications

• Ability to commute to or relocate to Louisville, KY
• Ready to work full-time in person
• Great attitude and strong work ethic
