(USA) Vision Center Manager NL2
Position Summary
Drives sales in the Vision Center by ensuring effective merchandise presentation including accurate and competitive pricing, proper signing, and instock and inventory levels. Budgets, forecasts sales, assesses economic trends, and community needs. Models and enforces proper customer/member service approaches and techniques to resolve issues within Company guidelines and standards.

- Supervises and develops Associates
- Ensures quality eyewear provision by consulting with and educating customers
- Maintains confidentiality and performs minor frame repairs
- Coordinates and oversees job-related activities
- Supports plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs
- Provides direction and guidance on executing Company programs and strategic initiatives
- Ensures compliance with Company policies and procedures
- Respects individuals, works collaboratively, acts with integrity, strives for excellence, and serves customers and members
Requirements
- Completion of 2 or more years of college OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience OR 2 years’ general work experience including 1 year’s optical experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current eligibility to work as an optician or apprentice optician under applicable state laws, regulations, and/or rules

Pay and Schedule
The hourly wage range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)
