We need to output HTML fragment with sections: h3 headings for sections present: About the role? The posting includes "Position Summary... What you'll do..." but we need to map to headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to include sections only if posting has real specific content. We have content for responsibilities (the long list). We have qualifications: Minimum Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications. We have Benefits: described. Pay: hourly wage range given. Schedule: not mentioned explicitly; no schedule details, so we should NOT include Schedule section. Skills: maybe we can infer from responsibilities but not explicit list; but we could include Skills if there is explicit mention? The posting mentions "Demonstrates knowledge of safety and compliance protocols..." etc. Could be considered skills. However we should only include sections when posting has real specific content. There's mention of "Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills..." etc. So we could include Skills section summarizing those. But we must not invent or summarize away detail; we need to preserve ALL substantive information. So we need to extract the skill statements and put them under Skills as list items? The instruction: Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. So we can turn enumerated items into list. We need to avoid repeating job title as heading. No Job ID. We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. At end there is drug-free workplace statement; that's boilerplate? It's a policy statement; maybe we should remove as it's generic legal. Probably remove. We need to preserve all substantive information: responsibilities, qualifications, benefits, pay. Let's parse responsibilities: The long paragraph after "Position Summary... What you'll do..." includes many duties. We'll break into list items. We'll create sections:

    About the role

maybe a brief summary: The position summary? The posting starts with "Position Summary... What you'll do..." but we don't have explicit summary separate. Could treat first paragraph as About the role. But we need to avoid filler. We'll include a short paragraph summarizing the role: maybe combine the first sentence? However we must not invent. The posting didn't give a separate summary; it's just "Position Summary... What you'll do..." then list of duties. So we could treat that as Responsibilities section directly, and maybe not include About the role if no distinct content. But we need to follow instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine About the role and Responsibilities? But they ask to use headings for those sections if present. Since there is no explicit "About the role" separate, maybe we omit it and just have Responsibilities. But we need to include at least one heading. Let's include Responsibilities. Then Qualifications: we have Minimum Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications. Could combine into Requirements? Actually Requirements could be qualifications. We'll make a section

    Requirements

and list both minimum and preferred as list items? Or separate subheadings? Not allowed; only h3 for section headings. Could have two paragraphs: one for Minimum Qualifications, one for Preferred Qualifications. Benefits: we have description. Pay: hourly wage range. Schedule: none. Skills: we could extract skill statements: "Demonstrates knowledge of safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery industry guidelines, service standards, equipment operations, TPMS, product specifications, seasonality, Point-of-Sale systems, phone, and in-person selling techniques." Also "Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively engage with people, including handling challenging or trying situations with professionalism and empathy." Also "Operates hardware (for example, cash registers), processes member purchases, and assists in payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges using appropriate procedures for different membership and payment types." Also "Leverages technology to enhance operations and engagement by using digital tools and handheld devices..." etc. Also "Serves as a brand advocate..." etc. Also "Develops and influences team members." etc. Also "Respect the Individual" etc. Also "Act with Integrity" etc. Also "Serve our Customers and Members" etc. Also "Strive for Excellence" etc. Also "Tire and Battery Center (TBC): ..." etc. Also "Point-of-Sale: ..." etc. These are many skill/competency statements. Could be included under Skills. But we must not invent; we can list them as list items. We need to ensure we preserve ALL substantive information. That means we cannot drop any of the duty statements, qualification statements, benefit statements, pay statements. If we put them under Skills, we must ensure we didn't lose any. Thus we need to decide where each piece goes. Simplify: Use Responsibilities for all duty statements (the long list). Use Requirements for qualifications (minimum and preferred). Use Benefits for benefits. Use Pay for pay. Use Skills for skill/competency statements that are not duties? But many duty statements also include skill aspects. However we can keep them in Responsibilities; we don't need separate Skills if we think responsibilities cover them. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could omit Skills section and just have Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Pay. That's four sections. Check if any content left out: The "Respect the Individual", "Act with Integrity", etc are part of company values; they could be considered responsibilities or expectations. They are substantive; we could include them in Responsibilities as list items. Thus we will create:

We need to ensure we didn't include Schedule section. We also need to remove boilerplate like drug-free workplace statement. We'll omit that.
