Service technician (m/w/d) in U.S.A.

About the role

Responsibilities

• Travel by car or plane to our end customers in Canada, the USA and Mexico.
• Test our systems on site at the customer’s premises and put them into operation.
• Hand over the fully installed cryo chambers to our customers and carry out product instruction and training.
• Advising customers on site and carrying out maintenance and service work on the systems.

Requirements

• Successfully completed your technical training, ideally as a refrigeration technician, mechatronics technician, electrician or comparable.
• Several years of professional experience as a technician, master craftsman or engineer.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems on your own responsibility.
• High level of commitment and ability to work under pressure, even in time-critical situations.
• Strong orientation towards customers and service.
• Excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• 100% willingness to travel for assignments in North America.
• A good command of English.
