Position Summary

TourToTeach, a leader in store operations, is seeking a dynamic individual to lead and develop teams effectively. This role involves teaching training, actively listening to associates, providing feedback, and managing customer service initiatives.

What you'll do...

• Tour stores and provide feedback to associates
• Collaborate with all levels of associates regarding store operations
• Utilize technology and business initiatives to improve store performance
• Lead and introduce company change efforts
• Communicate clear expectations and guidance to team members
• Implement business solutions and communicate business objectives
• Drive financial performance and sales of the designated store area
• Review and evaluate PL Profit Loss statements
• Manage and assist in budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses
• Maintain effective merchandise presentation, seasonal transitions, inventory flow, and operational processes
• Develop and implement action plans to mitigate shrink and ensure sales and profit goals are achieved
• Supervise and develop opportunities for hourly associates
• Hire, train, mentor, assign duties, set clear expectations, provide associate recognition, and promote a belonging mindset
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Supports company mission values and standards of ethics and integrity

• Includes an annual salary range of $65,000.00 - $100,000.00
• May include additional compensation for certain positions, including Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) and Complex Structure
• May include state-specific requirements for facilities selling firearms, such as a firearms-specific Criminal Background Check (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training
• May include eligibility for Live Better U education benefit programs for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities
• May include tuition, books, and fees completely paid for by Walmart

Minimum Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University
• General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports to include the responsibility of performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing
