Position Summary
TourToTeach as a leader and trainer, overseeing store operations and merchandising.
What you'll do...
- Teach and develop teams by providing training and feedback.
- Collaborate with all levels of associates on store operations and business initiatives.
- Introduce and lead company changes, setting clear expectations and guiding associates to implement business solutions.
- Communicate business objectives to teams and ensure customer needs, complaints, and issues are resolved.
- Develop and implement action plans to improve customer service and resolve deficiencies.
- Manage and assist in budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses to align with sales targets.
- Ensure effective merchandise presentation, seasonal transitions, inventory flow, and operational processes.
- Drive financial performance and sales by reviewing and evaluating PL statements, controlling expenses, and implementing action plans.
- Supervise and develop hourly associates by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, setting clear expectations, providing recognition, and fostering a belonging mindset.
- Coordinate and oversee job-related activities and assignments, building relationships with key stakeholders and supporting plans and initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, acting with integrity, and promoting a culture of belonging.
- Support and retain talent by empowering and developing associates, recognizing their contributions and accomplishments.
- Strive for excellence by driving continuous improvements, adopting new technologies, and encouraging learning from mistakes.
- Act with integrity, maintaining high standards of ethics and compliance, and supporting Walmart's goal of becoming a regenerative company.
- Serve customers and members by delivering results, balancing short and long-term priorities, and considering various stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications
- 2 years' of college;
- 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience;
- 2 years' general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University;
- General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports to include the responsibility of performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
Additional Compensation
- Annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
- Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
- Complex Structure (based on external factors that create challenges).
Pay Range
The annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00 - $100,000.00.
