Position Summary
TourToTeach, a leader in store operations, is seeking a dynamic individual to lead and develop teams effectively. This role involves teaching training, actively listening to associates, providing feedback, and managing customer service initiatives.
What you'll do...
- Tour stores and provide feedback to associates
- Collaborate with all levels of associates regarding store operations
- Utilize technology and business initiatives to improve store performance
- Lead and introduce company change efforts
- Communicate clear expectations and guidance to team members
- Implement business solutions and communicate business objectives
- Manage and assist in budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses
- Maintain effective merchandise presentation, seasonal transitions, and inventory flow
- Develop and implement action plans to mitigate shrinkage and achieve sales and profit goals
- Supervise and develop opportunities for hourly associates
- Hire, train, mentor, assign duties, set clear expectations, and provide associate recognition
- Support customer service initiatives such as Store of the Community and community outreach programs
- Ensure customer needs, complaints, and issues are successfully resolved
- Coordinate and oversee job-related activities and assignments
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and support plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs
- Identify and address improvement opportunities and demonstrate adaptability

Pay
The annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00 - $100,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) and Complex Structure.

Minimum Qualifications
- 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University
- General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports to include the responsibility of performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing
