Position Summary

TourToTeach, managing and supporting customer service initiatives, driving financial performance, ensuring compliance, and fostering a culture of belonging.

What you'll do...

  • Tour stores and provide feedback to associates.
  • Collaborate with all levels of associates regarding store operations.
  • Implement business solutions and communicate business objectives.
  • Model and demonstrate exceptional customer service standards.
  • Manage and support customer service initiatives such as Store of the Community and community outreach programs.
  • Resolve customer needs, complaints, and issues.
  • Develop and implement action plans to correct deficiencies.
  • Provide process improvement leadership to ensure a high quality customer experience.
  • Review and evaluate PL Profit Loss statements.
  • Manage and assist in budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
  • Maintain effective merchandise presentation, seasonal transitions, inventory flow, and operational processes.
  • Develop and implement action plans to mitigate shrink and ensure sales and profit goals are achieved.
  • Hire, train, mentor, assign duties, set clear expectations, provide associate recognition, and promote a belonging mindset.
  • Supervise and develop opportunities for hourly associates.
  • Coordinate, complete, and oversee job-related activities and assignments.
  • Support key stakeholders, identify and address improvement opportunities, and demonstrate adaptability.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Act with integrity, maintain and promote the highest standards of ethics and compliance, and hold oneself and others accountable.
  • Strive for excellence, display curiosity and a desire to learn, take calculated risks, and encourage learning from mistakes.
  • Drive continuous improvements, adopt and encourage the use of new technologies and skills, and support others through change.

Pay

The annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00 - $100,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) and Complex Structure.

Qualifications

  • 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
  • Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University, preferred.
