Position Summary
TourToTeach, managing and supporting customer service initiatives, driving financial performance, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and fostering a culture of belonging.
What you'll do...
- Tour stores and provide feedback to associates
- Collaborate with all levels of associates regarding store operations
- Implement business solutions and communicate business objectives
- Model and demonstrate exceptional customer service standards
- Manage and support customer service initiatives such as Store of the Community and Community Outreach Programs
- Develop and implement action plans to resolve customer needs, complaints, and issues
- Review and evaluate PL Profit Loss statements
- Manage and assist in budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses
- Maintain effective merchandise presentation, seasonal transitions, inventory flow, and operational processes
- Develop and implement action plans to mitigate shrink and ensure sales and profit goals are achieved
- Hire, train, mentor, and assign duties to hourly associates
- Supervise and develop opportunities for associates
- Support key stakeholders and coordinate job-related activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Act with integrity, maintain and promote the highest standards of ethics and compliance
- Respect the individual, build high-performing teams, embrace differences, and create a workplace where associates feel seen, supported, and connected
- Strive for excellence, display curiosity, take calculated risks, and encourage learning from mistakes

Pay
The annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00 - $100,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) and Complex Structure.

Minimum Qualifications
- 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University
- General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports to include the responsibility of performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing
