Responsibilities

  • Consults with crossfunctional partners to create custom advertising solutions that address both shortterm and longterm customer needs
  • Communicates effectively with colleagues across different departments or specialties within an organization

  • Articulates ideas, plans, and priorities to team members across different functions and actively listens to input from other teams to incorporate feedback into sales strategies and objectives

  • Understands the financial aspects of the role including revenue generation, budgeting, and cost efficiency
  • Implements effective sales strategies that maximize profitability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Leverages data and metrics to analyze problems and evaluate potential solutions
  • Differentiates between symptoms and root causes to ensure effective problem-solving for sales-related problems
  • Establishes, maintains, and improves relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Creates a strong client base and fosters a positive work environment
  • Addresses conflicts proactively seeking win-win solutions by maintaining professionalism and composure during difficult conversations or disputes
  • Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs, developing and communicating business plans and priorities, removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance, providing resources, identifying performance standards, measuring progress and adjusting performance accordingly, developing contingency plans, demonstrating adaptability, and supporting continuous learning
  • Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by selecting and training, mentoring, assigning duties, building a team-based work environment, establishing performance expectations, conducting regular performance evaluations, providing recognition and rewards, coaching for success and improvement, and promoting a belonging mindset in the workplace
  • Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by training and providing direction to others in their use and application, ensuring compliance with them, and utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy
  • Ensures business needs are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives, consulting with business partners, managers, coworkers, or other key stakeholders, soliciting, evaluating, and applying suggestions for improving efficiency and cost effectiveness, and participating in and supporting community outreach events

Qualifications

  • Minimum Qualifications:
    • Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related area
    • Option 2: Master’s degree in advertising, marketing, business, or related area
    • Option 3: 5 years’ experience in brand advertising (e.g., television, video, sponsorship), media sales, customer acquisition and growth, search, mobile, or online sales
    • Option 3: 5 years’ experience in shopper marketing sales, eCommerce sales, or retail advertising sales
    • Option 3: 5 years’ experience managing client accounts
    • Option 3: 5 years’ experience as a strategic advisor working with C-suite clients
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Master’s degree in Psychology, Advertising, Marketing, or Business

  • Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279: The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $216,000.00
  • Bentonville, Arkansas US-30008: The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00
  • Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: Stock
