As Senior Manager, you’ll help shape the future of Walmart’s Fashion Active business, working cross-functionally to deliver value and growth.
Responsibilities
- Set and execute sourcing strategies for Private Brands to drive profitable growth.
- Build and nurture relationships with suppliers, merchants, and business partners.
- Influence key decisions across product development, supply chain, and merchandising.
- Lead the design, development, and launch of innovative private brand products.
- Serve as the category expert, anticipating trends and driving business forward.
Requirements
- Global sourcing, merchandising, or procurement experience in Fashion/Women’s categories.
- 7+ years in retail, manufacturing, or sourcing, including major brand or importer/agent experience.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Proven ability to build relationships and drive business priorities.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Option 1: Bachelor's degree in business, mathematics, engineering, or related area and 2 years’ experience in merchandising, sourcing, planning, finance, or related area.
- Option 2: 6 years’ experience in merchandising, sourcing, planning, finance, or related area.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business, Mathematics, Engineering, or related area.
- Procurement in a retail environment.
- Raw material and commodity procurement.

Pay
The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include stock.
