About the Role
As a member of the Global Sourcing team, you will manage strategic sourcing, supplier relationships, and production strategy for men’s and women’s shave categories. You will own the end-to-end supply chain, driving cost reduction, executing impactful projects, and scaling the business. This role involves cross-functional collaboration with teams in New York, Germany, the UK, and Asia—including Marketing, R&D, Quality, Packaging Development, Retail, Distribution, Sales & Operations, Planning, and Finance—to lead product launches, optimize supply chains, and support brand growth.
Responsibilities
- Oversee new product introductions (NPI), margin expansion programs, risk mitigation, supply assurance, and continuous improvement projects.
- Accountable for program success from start to finish, including RFQs and supplier selection strategy for components and finished goods.
- Set the global supplier strategy to support portfolio expansion and product roadmap.
- Lead cross-functional projects and present metrics, recommendations, and operational considerations to senior leadership.
- Negotiate with current and future suppliers to align with business objectives, including cost, contracts, and escalation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Supply Chain or a related field (Finance, Engineering, Economics, etc.).
- Professional experience in an analytical, data-driven supply chain role, preferably in operations.
- Experience working across multiple verticals in a fast-paced CPG environment.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; values relationships and cross-functional teamwork.
- Ability to collaborate effectively to drive consensus in a high-paced, demanding (but fun) environment.
- Strong negotiation skills with an understanding of multiple techniques; builds long-term value and navigates complex agreements.
- Thrives in a high-growth environment with shifting priorities and is comfortable presenting to senior leadership.

- Open to domestic and international travel to meet suppliers and visit manufacturing sites.

Schedule
In-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in the SoHo office, which includes bagels on Wednesdays, lunch on Thursdays, and fully stocked kitchens with snacks, coffee, and drinks daily.
Pay
The base salary hiring range for this position is $118,000–$147,500, with final compensation based on location, skill level, and experience.
