Mammoth Brands (formerly Harry’s Inc.) is the modern CPG company behind brands Harry’s, Flamingo, Lume, Mando, and Coterie. We’re building a new model—and home—for brands, founders, and talent looking to solve unmet needs, improve peoples’ lives, and ultimately challenge the status quo. Our mission is to “Create Things People Like More.” Simply put: everything we do should be better than what already exists. If it’s not, we don’t do it. This guides everything from developing the best product experiences to making Mammoth Brands a great place to work and exploring innovative ways to give back to our community.

The Global Sourcing team at Mammoth Brands works cross-functionally to manage strategic sourcing, production, and product development for innovative and performance-driven products in the men’s and women’s grooming market. The team focuses on sourcing the best suppliers and creating optimal supply chains to advance both the Harry’s direct-to-consumer business and retail channels across North America and Europe.

You will collaborate cross-functionally with teams in New York, Germany, the UK, and Asia, including Marketing, R&D, Quality, Packaging Development, Retail, Distribution, Sales & Operations, Planning, and Finance to lead product launches, optimize supply chains for speed and cost, and help our brands flourish.

  • Comfortable thriving in a "high-growth" environment where priorities can shift, including presenting to senior leadership.
  • Continuous learner—always seeking to improve yourself, your team, your suppliers, and the world around you.
  • Open to domestic and international travel to meet with suppliers and visit manufacturing sites.
  • Customer-first decision-making with a focus on celebrating successes and learning from failures.
