Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple Realty execution projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with company goals.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and vendor relationships to deliver cost-effective and efficient outcomes.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to communicate plans, adjust timelines, and resolve project obstacles.
- Lead and direct associates and contractors in executing project plans, including merchandise placement and fixture installation.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings to analyze progress, implement corrective actions, and ensure customer experience standards.
- Monitor construction issues and warranty matters, ensuring timely resolution and compliance with company policies.
- Promote continuous improvement by applying best practices and supporting team development and accountability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and 2 years’ experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or relevant area
- OR 4 years’ experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in managing multiple realty execution projects with accountability for scope, schedule, and budget.
- Strong project management skills, including risk assessment, timeline coordination, and corrective action implementation.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing vendor relationships to ensure timely, cost-effective project delivery.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration abilities to align project plans with business objectives.
- Ability to direct and develop associates through mentoring, training, and performance management.
- Commitment to upholding company policies, ethics, and standards while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills to navigate project challenges and promote innovation.

Pay
The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00 – $202,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include stock awards.
