- Own the full project lifecycle—from initial concept and feasibility through execution and closeout
- Develop and manage scope, schedules, budgets, and forecasts with a strong focus on cost and timeline discipline
- Drive decision-making during design and construction phases, influencing outcomes that impact long-term operations and customer experience
- Serve as a trusted advisor to internal clients, presenting recommendations, facilitating alignment, and guiding go/no-go decisions
- Coverage of cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, finance, and logistics
- Lead RFP processes and vendor selection, ensuring the right partners are engaged and onboarded effectively
- Ensure adherence to PMO standards and governance, while bringing structure and clarity to complex workstreams

- Strong working knowledge across multiple engineering disciplines (structural, mechanical, electrical, etc.)
- Confidence leading client-facing discussions, presentations, and executive updates (including multi-jurisdiction agencies)
- Experience influencing design decisions and identifying risks early
- Proficiency with tools such as Primavera, Procore, MS Office
- A Bachelor’s degree (Project Management or related field preferred)
What sets you apart
